What affects your price?
Your price is set by the free Phonecheck test, not by how the phone looks. Once it's locked, it's guaranteed by ClearFrank.
Never affects your price — you're paid in full with:
- scratches, scuffs and marks on the screen, back or frame;
- small dents and wear on the edges or corners;
- anything else from normal everyday use that doesn't stop it working.
You'll be asked to confirm there's no cracked or chipped screen, cracked back glass or liquid damage. The test can't see these, so they're the things we take your word for.
Also make sure it isn't reported lost or stolen, and that you've removed Find My / iCloud or your Google account.
